We will endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same day with royal mail signed delivery service. Priority shipping is available and these orders will be be dispatched using our preferred courier service. We use both the Royal Mail and UKMail (Formerly Business Post)

That Party Place do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns & Replacements
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
- We require all delivery discrepancies to be reported within 3 days.
- Please call our office before returning any items , we will issue a Returns Authorisation Number.
All items on the website are subject to availability. Stock availability shown on the website is an indication, and is not a guarantee that the item is available for immediate dispatch.
If you have selected an item that is not in stock, we will try to contact you as quickly as we can. We will try to do this within 24 hours (except on weekends and bank/public holidays when we normally do not work). Please note that at busy times of the year including prior to Halloween and Christmas we cannot guarantee to contact you within this time.
If your chosen costume is not available for whatever reason and it is clear that the accessories relate to it, we will not dispatch the accessory items you may have included in your order.
If you are unable to accept delivery, we will not refund any charges relating to you collecting the goods.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We may despatch your order in a number of instalments and each dispatch is a separate contract and is not connected to any other dispatch.
We will validate your credit/debit card before accepting your order. We will not accept your order if your card is declined at any stage during the processing of your order. We will try to contact you if your card is declined. We will take reasonable care to protect the confidentiality of your card details, however we will not be liable if these details are intercepted by, and used by third parties through no fault of our own.
Orders accepted by us are normally dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed on our website except on weekends and bank/public holidays, when they will be dispatched within 24 hours of the next working day. Please note that at busy times of the year including prior to Halloween and Christmas we cannot guarantee this dispatch time.
The delivery time from date of dispatch by us varies according to your chosen method of shipment. We have no control over the goods once they are shipped and cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the time specified by your chosen method of shipment.
From time to time we may have to alter the price shown on the website. The price you are charged will be the price shown on the website at the time of order. We will not guarantee that subsequent orders will be charged at the same price. Prices shown are in Sterling and include VAT where applicable, but do not include postage and packing charges, these are shown separately.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

You account can be updated simply be visiting the Account link located to the bottom of each page. Main address , delivery address and contact information can be updated at any time.
