Delivery & Collection Info
Everything on this page applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on every UK order. There is no minimum spend and nothing to add to your basket to qualify.
When your order is dispatched
Order before 1pm, Monday to Friday and your order is dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Every product page shows a live countdown to that day's cut-off, so you can see exactly how long you have.
Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within two to three working days. This is a guide rather than a guarantee — delivery is handled by the courier, and October is their busiest month as well as ours.
Halloween cut-off dates
The last order dates for Halloween are published on our home page as the date approaches. If your costume is needed for a particular night, order well ahead of the cut-off rather than on it.
Click and collect
You can reserve any item online and collect it from our Glasgow shop, usually within the hour. There is no charge for collection.
We will let you know when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation with you.

Returns
You may return most items within 30 days, free of charge, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
For reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns of the following once the packaging has been opened: contact lenses, cosmetics and makeup, false eyelashes, wigs and facial hair, hosiery, and any item worn against the skin.

Something wrong with your order?
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery and we will put it right. Please keep the packaging — the courier sometimes needs to see it.
