These are body measurements, not garment measurements. Baby sizes are labelled B1 to B4 and go by height and weight; Smiffys publish weight in pounds, and the kilograms here are converted. Some Smiffys children's ranges are labelled S, M and L rather than by age — the age column above tells you which is which.
